  3. Information We Collect from Third Parties
    We may collect information about you from other users, third parties, or external sources. For example, when other users upload or share your information, or when you access our Services through third-party applications. We take appropriate measures to protect your rights and only share your personal information with third parties when necessary. Scenarios for sharing include:
    • Service Providers: We may share aggregated information with third parties like Facebook or Google to analyze crashes, improve service performance, process payments (including security and fraud detection), and optimize refund processes upon your request. Security Measures

How Does Molla Protect My Personal Information?

Molla has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control, including your personal information—such as securing servers with firewalls. Our technical experts strive to ensure your secure use of our platform.

While we take reasonable precautions against security breaches of our website, member databases, and records, no website or internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other incidents. We urge you to protect your personal information (including passwords) and log out after use.

We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data during transmission to our site; such risk is solely yours. Upon receipt, we use procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

How Can I Help Safeguard My Information?

You must not disclose or share your password with third parties. If your password is lost or leaked, your personal information may be compromised. In such cases, contact our customer service via "Feedback." Molla is not liable for consequences of your failure to secure your password, which may violate our Terms of Use.

5. Your Rights

You are entitled to exercise all rights under relevant laws (including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation), and we will endeavor to accommodate valid requests. You may exercise these rights by deleting specific features via your device or by emailing us. Rights include:

  1. Right to Access and Data Portability

    You may review and access your profile information in Molla at any time. You may also contact us to obtain a portable copy of information not directly available in Molla for migration or storage. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee (considering administrative costs) or reject requests that, in our reasonable judgment, affect or may affect other users’ rights/freedoms, are manifestly unfounded, or are excessive.

  2. Right to Correction

    If we process your personal data, we will take appropriate measures to ensure its accuracy and timeliness for the purposes of collection. If data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction under applicable laws by modifying information via your account settings or contacting us, and we will correct it promptly.

  3. Right to Erasure

    If you find that we have collected or used your personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations, our agreements, or without your consent, or if the information is no longer necessary for its original purpose, you may request deletion. When erasing information at your request or per our data retention policy, we will retain only what is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or comply with legal obligations

    When you or we assist in deleting relevant information, immediate deletion may not be possible due to applicable laws or security technologies, but we will securely store the information until it can be erased or anonymized.

  4. Right to Delete Your Molla Account

    If you no longer wish to use the Service, you may delete your account in the app by following these steps:

    1. Open "Molla";
    2. Tap your profile picture;
    3. Go to "Settings" > "Bind Account" > "Delete Account";
    4. Choose "Continue" or "Not Now."
    Note: If you choose "Continue," select a reason for leaving Molla, complete account verification, and tap "Delete Account."

    Deleting your Molla account will remove your account, assets (including coins, friends, likes, frames, etc.), and game records. After deletion, we may retain certain log data in our databases but will disassociate it from identifying information so it cannot be linked to your account. To do this, we regularly remove identifying information from log data and replace account references with a substitute identifier that cannot be linked to the deleted account.

    We may also retain your information for legal issues, policy violations, or risk prevention.

  5. Right to Withdraw Consent

    You may choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary to use the Service, but you decide on most other information. You may change the scope of authorization or withdraw consent by deleting information, disabling device functions, etc.

    After withdrawing consent, we cannot continue providing the corresponding service or processing the relevant information. However, this does not affect processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.

  6. Responding to Your Requests
    • If you wish to exercise the above rights or other rights permitted by law, contact us. For privacy protection, we may request identity verification or additional information. After verification, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with relevant laws.
    • Under applicable laws, we may not be able to respond to your request in the following cases:
      • The response may harm your or others’ life, body, property, or other rights/interests;
      • The response is extremely impractical, requires disproportionate technical effort, or exposes us to operational risks;
      • The response violates other laws and regulations;
      • You fail to verify your identity upon request;

We are otherwise permitted by law to refuse the request.Cookies and Other Technologies

  1. Cookies Policy

    To ensure the app functions effectively, we may store small data files called "cookies" on your device, a common practice among app developers. Cookies are text files saved by websites during visits to remember actions and preferences, enhancing user experience.

    You may control cookie acceptance via settings or other tools. However, disabling cookies or limiting their functionality may prevent you from fully using our Services or accessing all features, affecting your overall experience.

  2. Other Technologies

    We may install third-party modules in the Molla app to analyze service and product usage. Personal information processed by third parties via such modules is governed by their privacy policies, and we recommend reviewing them (if available).
